On Friday, March 21, former Eaton Rapids Senior High School standout Shelby Kunkel’s current college team, the Miami RedHawks, won 5-3 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Northern Illinois Huskies.

The game took place at Miami Softball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Huskies this season.

The RedHawks’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 22 at 1 p.m. at Miami Softball Stadium against Northern Illinois Huskies.
