On Saturday, April 12, former Eaton Rapids Senior High School standout Shelby Kunkel’s current college team, the Miami RedHawks, lost 5-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Ball State Cardinals.

The game took place at First Merchants Ballpark Complex. This was their third matchup against the Cardinals this season.

The RedHawks’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 15 at 1 p.m. at Miami Softball Stadium against Akron Zips.
