CITY OF GRANDVILLE: Grandville Christmas Festivities

Mass

City of Grandville recently issued the following announcement.

The annual Tree Lighting Ceremony and Downtown Christmas Parade have been cancelled due to COVID-19.    But we invite you to join us this year for Christmas on the Trail.  On December 2, 3, 4, and 5, we will be lighting a portion of the Buck Creek Trail at Mill Race Park.

On the 2nd and 3rd, the Trail will be open for pre-ticketed Carraige and Train Rides only.  NO walkers on these evenings! $50 buys a family of 4 a ride through the lighted path on either a Horse and Carriage or on a car of the Trackless Train.  The ticket cost also includes a $25 voucher to be used for any food or beverage at MI Moonshine, Osgood Brewing, Rainbow Grill, or Wild Roast Coffee Co.  The dinner voucher may be used any time during the month of December 2020 for dine in or for take out.  Tickets are limited and may be purchased at Grandville City Hall.  Cash, check, credit accepted.

On the 3rd and 4th the trail will be free and open for families to walk from 5-9 pm.  Scarfs or masks will be required, and numbers on the trail will be limited, so groups may need to wait in line.

We hope you can join us on this socially distanced way to welcome the Holiday Season together.
