Jocelyn Benson, Secretary of State for Michigan has been granted permission to intervene in the Antrim County election case.

The case questions the election results and security of tabulators used during the election. The Secretary of State’s main interest is on the 22 tabulators and the forensic imaging evidence recently obtained by the Trump campaign team.

Earlier this week, the campaign team was granted access to audit the machines as announced to Fox News by Trump campaign attorney Jenna Ellis.

“The big news coming out of Antrim County, Michigan this morning Pete is that a judge actually granted our team access to 22 of the Dominion Voting machines for us to conduct a forensic audit,” she said.

She went on to claim that in the county, Trump had lost about 6,000 votes to Biden through fraud caused by a ‘glitch’ in the machines.

Dominion Voting Systems machines have been criticized for their flaws and claims that they can be easily manipulated. Mellisa Carone, an IT assistant was one of the first witnesses to come forward and testify on how the machines were used to steal votes in Michigan.

She highlighted that she saw the same batch of ballots being recounted 4-5 times over.

Meanwhile, CEO of Dominion Voting Systems, John Poulos has offered to testify in Michigan following a series of accusations against its machines.

"I appreciate the opportunity to correct the baseless and defamatory claims being made about our systems. They are harmful not only to Dominion, but also to the countless hardworking election officials across the State, as well all Michigan public officials elected through a fair process," Poulos wrote in a letter accessed by the Detroit Free Press.

The machines’ integrity has also been doubted in Georgia.
