Michigan residents concerned with allegations of voter irregularities in the Nov. 3 presidential election are being encouraged to lobby state legislators to convene a special session to consider such reports.
“Time for state legislators to take the Election seriously. President@realDonaldTrump needs you to DEMAND they call a SPECIAL SESSION & hear the evidence. Contact your state legislators NOW!” Team Trump said in a tweet.
The Trump campaign is asking residents in four key swing states - Georgia, Wisconsin, Michigan and Arizona - to contact lawmakers.
In Michigan, several issues are alleged including voting machine error that resulted in 6,000 votes being flipped from Trump to Joe Biden in Antrim County. In other counties, experts have noted unexplained data in the state as well.
A trump advisor said Michigan was the worst actor of the six swing states.
“In Michigan it was arguably the worst in Detroit, Wayne County, it was pure thuggery what appeared to happen there,” Trump advisor Peter Navarro said in a report called 'The Immaculate Deception.'
GOP poll watchers in Detroit allegedly faced discrinination on Election Day with several reporting they were unable to properly oversee vote tallying efforts.
