City of Owosso issued the following announcement on Sept 9.
NOTICE IS hereby given, as provided by Section 5.4(e) of the City Charter and Act 267, Public Acts of Michigan that a SPECIAL MEETING OF THE OWOSSO CITY COUNCIL has been called for Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 301 W. Main Street, Owosso for the purpose of conducting a strategic planning session.
The public is welcome to attend and comment.
