Finalists will be selected to compete live onstage at the Charlotte Performing Arts Center
The Charlotte Performing Arts Center is seeking talent to compete in its upcoming Charlotte Idol and Charlotte Idol Jr competition. Finalists will be selected to compete live onstage at the Performing Arts Center on Saturday, May 21 at 7PM.
Charlotte Idol applicants must be at least 16 years of age. Charlotte Idol Jr applicants must be between the ages of 8 and 15. Both will need to submit a short video of their talent, along with an audition form, no later than Saturday, April 30 at midnight. Any type of talent is welcome. Up to 16 acts, a mixture from each category, will be selected from all entrants to compete in the finals on May 21.
