Parkview Elementary Celebrates National Hispanic Heritage Month
Students at Parkview Elementary have been celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month in their classrooms. They have been learning about the Hispanic culture, people, and putting their learning on display in their classrooms. Mrs. Keyton, a third grade teacher, introduced several books to her students that she checked out from the library and have been learning about the famous authors and their impact on Hispanic culture. They have been very proud of what they have learned. Mrs. Beyerelein, our PE teacher, created a hallway display to highlight famous athletes of Hispanic heritage. Our students have been so excited to learn about the culture and share their learning with everyone.
