On Monday, March 24, former Grand Ledge High School standout Ava Scanlon’s current collegiate team the Grand Valley State Lakers won 60-32 against the Gannon Golden Knights in the NCAA Division II Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in UPMC Cooper Fieldhouse, this was the first game against the Gannon Golden Knights during the championship.

Ava Scanlon’s hometown is Grand Ledge and game position is center.
