Williamston High School standout Ava Johnson’s college team lost in NCAA Division II softball game on Friday, Feb. 7

On Friday, Feb. 7, former Williamston High School standout Ava Johnson’s current college team, the Minnesota Duluth Bulldogs, lost 2-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Minnesota State Mavericks.

The game took place at Maverick All-Sports Dome. This was their first matchup against the Mavericks this season.

The Bulldogs’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 8 at 10 a.m. at Maverick All-Sports Dome against Concordia Golden Bears.
