State Senator Thomas Albert will hold in-district office hours for residents of Allegan and Barry counties on Friday, November 7. The meetings are set for two locations: from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Hastings City Hall, Council Chambers, 201 E. State St. in Hastings, and from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Clippers Cafe, 1566 10th St. in Martin.
According to Albert's office, these sessions are open for district residents who want to discuss state government matters or need help with state-related issues. "Priority will be given to constituents seeking to discuss issues that require privacy," the statement said.
Appointments are not required, but seating may be limited at some venues. Additional office hours in other areas of the 18th Senate District—which covers Barry County and parts of Allegan, Calhoun, Kalamazoo, Kent, and Ionia counties—will be announced later.
Residents who cannot attend can contact Senator Albert’s office by email or phone. More information is available on his website at SenatorThomasAlbert.com.
