On Tuesday, April 1, former Eaton Rapids Senior High School standout Shelby Kunkel’s current college team, the Miami RedHawks, won 9-3 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Toledo Rockets.

The game took place at Miami Softball Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Rockets this season.

The RedHawks’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 5 at 1 p.m. at Margo Jonker Stadium against Central Michigan Chippewas.
