Sarah Anthony's campaign pays $20 to Facebook

The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Sarah Anthony, Sarah Anthony for State Representation, paid $20 to Facebook on August 1.

According to quarterly campaign statements filed with Michigan’s Secretary of State, the following reason was given for the expenditure: 'ad'.

The committee has spent about $10,221 total since the beginning of the year, 0.7 percent of which has gone to Facebook.
