Jon Bumstead's campaign pays $140 to Costco

The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Jon Bumstead, Friends of Jon Bumstead, paid $140 to Costco on June 5.

According to quarterly campaign statements filed with Michigan’s Secretary of State, the following reason was given for the expenditure: 'parade candy'.

The committee has spent about $16,646 total since the beginning of the year, 0.8 percent of which has gone to Costco.
