Maureen Rouse-Ayoub is a member of Varnum LLP's Labor and Employment Group. Her practice focuses exclusively on working with management to find solutions to complex issues in the workplace.  Ms. Rouse-Ayoub has extensive experience representing employees in state and federal court and before administrative agencies including the EEOC, MDCR, NLRB, MIOSHA, and the Unemployment Commission.  She works with employers representing many different industries including health care, automotive, manufacturing, energy and logistics.

Six (6) credits for the MI Chamber Human Resource Professional Certification. Four and a half (4.5) HR (General) recertification credit hours for PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute. Four and a half (4.5) PDCs for the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP.
