City of Midland issued the following announcement on Aug 16.
Motorists are advised that left turns are currently restricted until further notice on S. Saginaw Road from E. Patrick Road to Dartmouth Drive while construction work is underway on the roadway’s interior travel lanes.
Both directions of traffic on S. Saginaw Road has been shifted to the outer travel lane. Businesses located within the construction zone remain accessible during construction; however, only right turns are permitted within the construction zone. Motorists traveling within the construction zone should drive with caution while work is underway.
Left turns are expected to be restricted through Monday, August 23. The S. Saginaw Road resurfacing project is expected to be completed in August 2021.
