City of Owosso recently issued the following announcement.
Start your ArtWalk at Main Street plaza (corner of M-21 and Washington Street in Downtown Owosso) then to the Downtown Owosso Farmers Market then on over the bridge to Shiawassee Arts Center and on to Curwood Castle Park.
