Elissa Slotkin has represented Michigan’s 7th district in Congress since 2019 after succeeding Mike Bishop.1 She was born in New York City in 1976 and currently resides in Lansing.3 Slotkin earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University in 1998.4
