The City of Midland has announced its receipt of $50,000 in grant funds – $10,000 from the Hemlock Semiconductor Community and Regional Empowerment (CARE) Fund and $40,000 from the Midland Area Community Foundation Community Investment Fund – to be used for replacement of the east side chiller at Washington Woods senior living community.
