The MCUL is pleased to be hosting Jim Kasch of Canidae Consulting and Tonya Voltolina of Performance Eleven Group to provide credit union professionals support in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Topics to be covered include:

  • Identifying critical roles, processes and high performers
  • Testing critical processes from remote locations
  • Identifying technology capabilities (VPN, WebEx/Zoom, conference line, etc.)
  • Preparedness to redeploy the workforce (to home, to other locations, to other roles)
  • How to determine who works from home (until/unless it becomes mandatory)
  • How will communication need to change/sync (intranet, video messages, call-in hotline, daily huddles)
