City of Lansing recently issued the following announcement.
TRAFFIC ADVISORY: On Saturday, September 11, there will be lane restrictions on Michigan Avenue and Grand Avenue for the 9/11 Memorial Ceremony from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
