Team Rogers has released its first digital advertisement for the 2026 election cycle, focusing on tax policy and economic issues. The campaign announced a five-figure ad buy aimed at Michigan voters who do not regularly participate in elections. The ad criticizes Democratic Senate candidates in Michigan for their stance on tax increases and contrasts this with Mike Rogers' support for tax cuts.

The video transcript alleges that if the three Democratic Senate candidates—Abdul El-Sayed, Mallory McMorrow, and Haley Stevens—had their way, Congress would have enacted what it describes as the largest tax increase in American history. According to the transcript, "Families like yours would have paid the price. Single moms taxed on their tips. Factory workers taxed on their overtime. Senior citizens taxed on their social security. Middle class families losing their child tax credit. There’d be no tax deduction for loans on Michigan-made cars. No deductions for building new Michigan factories."

The ad goes on to claim that "President Trump’s working family tax cuts are increasing your takehome pay by $10,000 a year. But Abdul El-Sayed, Mallory McMorrow, and Haley Stevens wanted to rip that money from your wallet." It continues: "And hit you with a $1,600 tax increase. Abdul El-Sayed, Mallory McMorrow, and Haley Stevens. Higher taxes, lost jobs, more economic pain."

The message concludes by presenting Mike Rogers as an alternative: "Mike Rogers. More tax cuts, more jobs, and more takehome pay for hardworking families. Michigan’s choice is clear."

Voters are encouraged to learn more about Mike Rogers’ platform at his campaign website.
