County of Clinton issued the following announcement on Sept 5.
The next Laingsburg area recycling drive is scheduled for Saturday, September 11, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Roosevelt Row downtown Laingsburg.
We accept:
-#1 & #2 plastics (No “clamshell” #1’s—used for packaging fruit, salad greens, pastry),
-Cardboard and boxboard (but not refrigerated/freezer or juice boxes)
-Metals
-Mixed office paper, junk mail, & magazines
-Newspaper and phone books
-Household batteries (separated into alkaline, lithium and rechargeable)
-Empty inkjets from Canon, Brother and HP
-Books
****At the present time we are unable to accept plastics #3-7, glass, or electronics.
