City of Saint Johns issued the following announcement on Oct 27.
Trick-or-treating hours are Sunday, October 31st from 6:30 - 8:00 pm. The fire whistle will sound for the beginning and the end of the candy gathering. If you are passing out candy, please leave your porch light on and everyone please drive carefully as there will be many families out and about gathering candy.
