City of Owosso issued the following announcement on Jan 11.
Our DPW will be hydro-excavation (potholing) moving forward on the following streets:
- All of Lee Street (600-700 block);
- Pine Street between Oliver and King (500-600 blocks);
- N. Ball between Oliver and King (300, 400 and 500 blocks); and
- E. Williams between N. Saginaw and N. Dewey (500 and 600 blocks).
