The City of Charlotte is soliciting requests for proposals (RFP) from qualified professional Grant Consultant Service providers not later than 04:00 PM local time on Thursday, April 14, 2022. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope via mail or hand-delivered and clearly identifying the proposal title. A copy of specifications is available by clicking here or by request from the City Clerk’s Office.
