The East Lansing Downtown Management Board (DMB) is pleased to welcome More Than Vintage (MTV) to downtown East Lansing.
This new downtown East Lansing business, located at 108 Division St., is owned and operated by Michigan State University students and sells a hand-curated selection of vintage inspired clothing and shoes. Customers also can buy, sell and trade clothing, purchase a cup of self-serve espresso, grab a vending machine snack or challenge a friend to an arcade game.
In addition to being a brick-and-mortar business, More Than Vintage serves as a local hub where students and community members can express their creativity.
“More Than Vintage is a next level of innovation convenience store built solely by college students in the hope of breaking all stereotypes and empowering the youth and millennials to become themselves and believe in themselves,” said More Than Vintage Owner Louis Azor. “We mixed the idea of fashion, which includes streetwear and shoes, and added a local hub where anyone can come relax, study and feel like a kid again with the unique architectural design setup that we have.”
Community members are encouraged to check out More Than Vintage, which is open Monday-Saturday from 10 a.m.-midnight. Community members can learn more about More Than Vintage at www.mtvmsu.com.
