FOIA Request to Eaton County Election Division Regarding Pre-Election Voting Machine Test Reports on October 30, 2024.
As a media organization committed to providing comprehensive and accurate news coverage on local governmental affairs, we at Capitol News have submitted a request under the Michigan Freedom of Information Act § 15.231 et seq. We have asked for records of pre-election tests conducted on voting machines in PDF format.
The requested report should include the test date, machine manufacturer, machine model number, and the status of the machine (whether it passed or failed the test).
