On May 16, Congressman Barrett expressed gratitude towards the Michigan Petroleum Association and Michigan Association of Convenience Stores for their meeting. He stated, "Big thanks to the Michigan Petroleum Association and Michigan Association of Convenience Stores for meeting with me today to talk about the challenges our fuel and convenience store operators are facing in Michigan. Appreciate all you do to keep our communities running!".
