Participants will learn to “think outside the box” by developing a Pure Michigan Talent Connect resume that can be used to market themselves as a value-add to their employer. This will include the opportunity to use their PMTC account to Build a Resume, populate their Profile with skills employers seek, and use their PMTC resume to market themselves to advantage as a Business of One. Each participant will develop a resume they can use immediately as well as the opportunity to participate in “follow-up” sessions as they choose for improvement and enhancement. In this workshop, you will work one-on-one with the facilitator.
