City of Charlotte issued the following announcement.
Effective December 1, 2020, the Charlotte Police Department will begin enforcing the overnight 2am-5am no parking ordinance in effort to keep the streets and parking lots clear
for snow plowing. Those residents who park in the downtown lots will need to get a new parking permit. Those permits are available by calling the police department at 543-1552
and are $30. Visitor passes are also available at the police department.
