English language learners at Lansing Public School District score 742.6 on average on the SAT (2018-2019)

English language learners at Lansing Public School District scored 742.6 on average in the 2018-2019 academic year on the SAT exam, a worse result than the average for all students in the district, according to the Michigan Department of Education's 2019 Michigan Merit Examination (MME) reports.

Statewide, English language learners scored 815.4 on average in the 2018-2019 academic year.

MME's primary purpose is to provide a snapshot of end-of-year student learning across the state.
