City of East Tawas issued the following announcement on Feb 4.
The Tawas Utilities Authority has applied for a Clean Water State Revolving Fund Loan through the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes and Energy (EGLE) to upgrade the wastewater (sewer) treatment plant at 810 West Franklin Street, East Tawas, and submitted a project plan. All supporting documents are available to be reviewed by the public.
