Road Closure Notification (updated dates)!
Ivanrest Avenue will be CLOSED to THROUGH TRAFFIC between Yellowstone Drive and 34th Street from Monday July 25 to Friday July 29 for utility connections in Ivanrest Avenue servicing the Alderwood Plat (private development).
During this closure, Ivanrest Avenue wil be closed completely and no through traffic will be allowed to pass through the work zone. Through traffic in both directions will be detoured. The detour route follows Rivertown Parkway, Wilson Avenue, and Prairie Street.
