City Hall Roof Project

Please pardon our dust, City Hall is getting a new roof! Work is slated to begin the end of September/early October and be completed in 2-3 weeks, weather dependent. City Hall will remain open; however we ask everyone to use caution when entering/exiting the building and parking lot areas.

The current roof was installed over 20 years ago and is in need of replacement. City Council approved the use of ARPA funds for this important investment in the city’s municipal building. In addition to housing the administrative offices, our police and downtown fire departments operate out of City Hall.

Online payments and information are always available at www.charlottemi.org, or use the drop-box at the front lobby or rear parking lot (off Washington).
