Public Notice for Sealed Bidding – City Hall Boiler Replacement
The City of Charlotte invites qualified contractors to submit bids (ITB) for qualified contractors to replace the boilers at the City Hall building located at 111 E. Lawrence Ave, Charlotte, MI 48813. To be considered for this contract, your business must meet the qualifications and satisfy the requirements set forth in this Invitation to Bid. Bids must be received at the address listed below no later than 04:00 pm, local time, on Thursday, October 13, 2022.

The City of Charlotte Clerk’s Department will open and read sealed bids received by the deadline listed above at that date and time. One (1) original and one (1) copy of the bid must be submitted. Bid packages can be obtained at the City Clerk’s office during normal working hours, the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN) www.bidnet.com, or clicking here.
The City of Charlotte reserves the right to accept or reject and or all bids and to waive any irregularities.
