As of the fourth quarter of 2023, Holt Senior Care and Rehabilitation Center, LLC was owned by Nexcare Holdings, LLC, according to Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The nursing home, located in Ingham County, has been owned by Nexcare Holdings, LLC since Nov. 1, 2013.

But when you need that type of care, there are limited options.”
