Congressman Tom Barrett has recently highlighted his visits to several healthcare and business facilities in Michigan, sharing updates on social media about his engagements with local professionals and workers.

On August 21, 2025, Barrett posted about his visit to a rehabilitation center in Howell. He wrote, "Physical therapists, skilled nurses, and other rehab professionals help people get back on their feet after an accident, sickness, or surgery. It was great to meet with the dedicated staff at WellBridge in Howell who help patients every step of the way on the road to recovery."

Later that day, Barrett discussed another healthcare-related visit. In a post dated August 21, 2025, he stated, "I’m grateful to the team at Brighton Dialysis for showing me their facility and updating me on the critical work they do every day. We had a great conversation about supporting critical care for Michigan families, and I look forward to our continued partnership to ensure that".

On August 22, 2025, Barrett turned his attention to small businesses and local economies. He wrote, "Small businesses like Clark Engineering and small towns like Owosso should never get left behind. @SBA_Kelly and I met with workers in Owosso this week to make sure their voices are heard. We’ve proudly delivered tax relief, including no tax on overtime, for working families in".

These posts reflect ongoing efforts by Congressman Barrett—who represents parts of Michigan—to engage directly with constituents across sectors such as healthcare and small business. His mention of tax relief for working families aligns with recent legislative actions aimed at easing financial burdens for Michigan residents.
