As Donald Trump pursues lawsuits in several states, including Michigan, claiming voter irregularities, an outlet has been created to field accounts from voters.
The website, Election2020Unmasked.com, was launched Friday.
The Star News Network the site, which founded the site, said in a press release that it was created to combat the attempts by social media platforms and search engines to suppress information regarding the presidential election.
The Trump campaign and state Republicans filed several lawsuits in Michigan attempting to halt ballot counting.
Trump's first lawsuit was a request to stop the counting of absentee ballots, claiming that campaign officials had been denied access to observe the counting process.
On Nov. 6, Michigan Court of Claims Judge Cynthia Stephens rejected the request. A second motion was filed to halt the certification of election results in Detroit, which is controlled by the Democratic Party.
Judge Timothy Kenny denied the motion, ruling that there was no evidence to support the claim that election protocol had not been followed.
A voter fraud case in which a postal employee said he or she was ordered to change a date on a ballot was referred to the Department of Justice from the Michigan GOP.
State Republicans have raised a technical issue of concern revolving about the voting software.
A glitch with the voting software in Antrim County resulted in thousands of Michigan ballots being wrongly counted as votes for Democrats when they were in fact for Republicans, according to Michigan Republican Party Chairman Laura Cox. She went on to claim that 47 other counties in Michigan had used the same software. The error has since been corrected.
A similar technical issue was reported in Georgia where close to 350 ballots had not been reflected on the voting tally, prompting a rescan.
Election2020Unmasked.com will focus on various examples of questionable election practices and examples of voting irregularities.
Additionally, the page will feature a 24-hour tip line (615-747-1500) that people can call to report incidents they feel interfered with a free and fair election.
Members of the public can also send emails to tips@election2020unmasked.com.
Christina Botteri, executive editor of the Star News Network, said the hotline was launched amid concern over the transparency of this year’s election.
"We agree with so many others that 2020 is the most important election in our lifetimes, and instead of an orderly vote-counting process, we are seeing a level of chaos we could never imagine," she said in a press release. "We are dedicated to bringing truth, transparency, and confidence to the election results - and we will not stop until we and the American people have exactly that."
