State Rep. Luke Meerman | Michigan House Republicans
State Rep. Luke Meerman, R-Coopersville, is set to host local office hours in Marne and Fruitport in the coming weeks. Meerman emphasized the importance of these gatherings, stating, “Office hours are the best way for folks to let me know about the issues that matter most to them.” He also highlighted the opportunity for constituents to stay informed about legislative activities in Lansing, adding, “It’s also a great opportunity for me to communicate all that’s been happening in Lansing. I’d encourage everyone to attend so we can discuss how to make Michigan the best it can be.”
The office hours will be held at the following times and locations:
- Monday, March 11 at Interurban Depot Café from 9 to 10 a.m. located at 1580 Arch St in Marne
- Saturday, March 23 at Fruitport Village Diner from 8 to 9 a.m. situated at 340 N 3rd Ave in Fruitport

Meerman represents the 89th District, encompassing various townships in Ottawa, Muskegon, and Kent Counties.
